Vision
Our Vision is for each girl to become an advocate for all children in our community in order to promote and enhance the well-being of the community we serve through respect, courteousness, sportsmanship and giving back.
Mission
DJCL seeks to instill in the youth of our community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect, so that they may grow to be good and healthy young women. These objectives will be achieved through education, training, coaching, and mentoring our youth cheerleading squads. The attainment of exceptional athletic skills or the cheering of games is secondary to the primary goal of molding responsible and healthy young women.
